 1.यदि वाक्य में one of का प्रयोग हो तो उसके बाद  superlative degree का प्रयोग होता है और plural noun आती है और verb singular आती है 

One of +superlative degree +plural noun+singular verb 

1.मेरे पक्के दोस्तों में से कोई एक हमेशा पैसे का दिखावा करने के लिए मंहगे होटलों में रुकता है ।

2.मेरे ज्ञानी शिक्षकों में से कोई एक हमको उज्जवल भविष्य बनाने के लिए प्रेरित करता है।

मगर  one of के साथ who /which /that का प्रयोग हो तो verb plural आयेगी 

One of +sd +plural noun +who/which+plural verb

1.राम छात्रों में सर्वाधिक ताकतवर है जो कुश्ती में तुमको पछाड़ देता है

2.मेरे  यह लड़ाकु पड़ोसी  लड़ाकू पड़ोसियों में से एक है जो सुबह से शाम तक  मुझसे लड़ाई झगड़ा कर रहा था।

Above words +singular verb

मगर इनके पहले कोई भी possessive pronoun लगा दिया जाये तो verb plural आयेगी।

1.राजनीती गुंडागर्दी का दुसरा नाम है मगर तुम्हारी राजनीति मेरी समझ से परे है।

2.गणित एक कठिन विषय है मगर तुम्हारी गणित शानदार है।

1.your politics are sordid.so I cannot stand by you it come rain or shine.

2.your  physics  are setting thames on fire amid students

News ,innings ,summons , series

 आदि singular noun होने के कारण singular verb आयेगी।

1.no news is good news

2.the measles is a dangerous disease.

3.india's innings was the best .
