1.चालाक राजनेता लुभावने ‌वादो  के नाम पर  भोली भाली जनता को ठग रहे थे।

2.कुछ सड़क छाप लोग कालेज जाने वाली महिलाओं पर अश्लील टीका टिप्पणी कर रहे थे मगर किसी ने उनका विरोध नहीं किया।

Some riff raff people were passing lewd remarks at college goer women but none resisted them.

Important point ---resist के साथ preposition नहीं आयेगा

3.एक शातिर अपराधी महत्वपूर्ण साक्ष्यों के साथ छेड़छाड़ कर रहा था ।वह चश्मदीद गवाहों को खरीदने ‌की कोशिश कर रहा था।

A notorious criminal was tampering with significant evidences.he was trying to venal ocular/eye witnesses.

4.पुलिस को चकमा देने के लिए वह पागलपन का ढोंग /नाटक/बहाना कर‌ रहा था।

He was pretending of lunacy to bluff the police

5.मेरा लालची पड़ोसी रातों रात अमीर बनने के लिए  मिलावटी घी और नकली शराब बेच रहा था ।

My cupid neighbour was selling contaminated ghee and hooch to make a quick buck.
