7. यह बेरहम कानुन ruthless law का संबंध धार्मिक आस्था से religious belief है।हिंदु धर्म में पवित्र गाय की पुजा होती adore है।जब वे इस गाय को खतरे में पाते हैं तो  पागल भीड़ mad crowd  इस वीभत्स घटना gruesome incident को भीड़ तंत्र में बदल देते हैं।mobocracy

this ruthless law is connected with religious belief .a scared cow is adored in the Hindu religion.when they find a cow in danger then mad crowd   turns this gruesome incident into mobocracy .
