वैवाहिक बलात्कार दकियानूसी समाज का अभिन्न हिस्सा बन चुका है । वैवाहिक बलात्कार पवित्र शादी के बंधन‌ को कटघरे में खड़ा कर देता है । वैवाहिक बलात्कार घरेलू हिंसा का वीभत्स और ख़तरनाक ‌मोड है । राष्ट्रीय रिकॉर्ड ब्यूरो के अनुसार भारत में लगभग 70% महिलाएं घरेलू हिंसा का शिकार है ।

Marital Rape has become part and parcel of parochial society . marital Rape put sacred bond of marriage into dock .marital Rape is heinous and dangerous turn of domestic violence . according to national record bureau 70% women has preyed of domestic violence.

जहां वैवाहिक बलात्कार इस गंभीर समस्या में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता पत्नी के सहमति के बिना उसको शारीरिक संबंध बनाने के लिए मजबुर  करना वैवाहिक बलात्कार की श्रेणी में माना जायेगा । किसी महिला को अपमानित करना या जलील करना इस  विचित्र मानसिकता का प्रमुख लक्ष्य होता है ।

Where marital Rape plays significant role in this grave problem .a wife is compelled to make physical relation without her consent ,it will be considered in category of marital Rape .to humiliate or mortify a woman is Bull 's eye of this bizarre mentality.

रुढ़िवादी भारतीय समाज में एक औरत को या तो गुलाम या भोग वासना की वस्तु माना जाता है।जिसकी ना तो कोई इच्छा होती है और ना ही कोई ख्वाब ।एक पुरुष की संकीर्ण मानसिकता भारतीय नारी को अपने इशारों पर नचाना चाहती है ।

A woman is assumed either a slave or a carnal pleasure in fuddy duddy society .a narrow mentality of a man wants to twist  a man around his little finger .
