इस प्रावधान को तर्कहीन , भेदभाव पुर्ण और मनमाना सिद्धांत बताया गया ।साऊथ फिल्मों की एक्ट्रेस नयनतारा और डायरेक्टर विग्नेश सिवनी ने सेरोगेसी के जरीए जुड़वां बच्चों को जन्म दिया था हालांकि यह कानुनी  पेचीदगियों के कारण चर्चा का विषय बन गया था. अविवाहित महिला सेरोगेट मां नहीं बन सकती है ।

This provision was declared as logic less ,discriminative and arbitrary principal.actress Nayantara and Director Vignesh siwani of south movies had been blessed with twin by surrogacy . although this matter was become talk of town due to legal complexities .an unmarried woman cannot become a surrogate mother .

जो जोड़ा लिव इन रिलेशनशिप में रहता है वह सेरोगेसी के जरीए मां बाप नहीं बन सकते हैं।इस प्रकार सेरोगेसी में  कई जटिल ,कानुनी , वित्तीय, चिकित्सीय , व्यावहारिक और भावनात्मक पहलू शामिल होते हैं। सेरोगेसी एक अत्यंत मंहगी प्रणाली है जो आम आदमी के दायरे से बाहर है सेरोगेसी काफी बारीक  शारीरिक मेडिकल समस्याओं को जन्म दे सकता है ।

Which couple lives in relationship that  couple cannot become parents by surrogacy .in this way many complex ,legal , financial , practical and emotional aspects are included in surrogacy . surrogacy is an excessive expensive system which is out of reach for a common man . surrogacy can engender myriad minute physical medical problems .

कोई भी विदेशी सेरोगेसी का फायदा नहीं उठा सकता है ।मगर फुलों के साथ  कांटों को चुनना एक मानवीय धर्म है । सेरोगेसी मानव जीवन में एक धुरव तारे के समान है जो मानव जीवन के अंधकार को दुर कर सकती है। उम्मीद का यह तारा बहुत सारी समस्याओं को हल कर सकता है । सेरोगेसी उम्मीद का वो धरातल है जो मानवीय सपनों को नये पंख दे सकता है ।

Any foreigners cannot take advantage of surrogacy .but to collect thorns with flowers is human deed and religion . surrogacy is akin to a pole star in human life which can dispel darkness of human life .this star of hope can cope with numerous problems .surrogacy is surface of that expectation which gives new wings to human dreams .
