लोकतंत्र में महिलाओं की कमी आर्थिक विकास को प्राप्त करने में सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है।इस अधिनियम के कारण एक सहभागी ,उत्तरदायी , समावेशी , न्यायसंगत और जवाब देह प्रशासन का आह्वान होगा । इस आरक्षण नीति पर अलग अलग विचार है । महिलाओं की दुर्दशा सुधारने के लिए समर्थक सकारात्मक कार्रवाई की आवश्यकता पर बल देते हैं ।

The scarcity of women is the biggest challenge to get economical development in democracy .a cooperative, responsible,inclusive,justified and amenable administration will be invoked .there is seperate thoughts on reservation policy .the supporters force  on necessity of positive action to ameliorate plight of women.

महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण और संसाधनों के आवंटन पर महिला आरक्षण एक सकारात्मक प्रभाव डालेगा । जबकि विरोधियों का यह तर्क है  कि महिलाएं योग्यता के आधार पर प्रतिस्पर्धा नहीं करेगी ।

Women reservation will affect positively on allocation of resources and women empowerment while this is argument of protesters that women will not compete with  one another on basis of ability .

हालांकि इस अधिनियम को परिसीमन और जनगणना जैसी पेचिदा समस्याओं से गुजरना पड़ेगा ।यह पेचिदा समस्या समस्या समाज में विचारों को धुव्रीक्रत करता है । समाज में महिलाओं का अधिक प्रतिनिधित्व राष्ट्र के नीति निर्माण में महत्वपूर्ण और सार्थक भूमिका निभायेंगे ।भारत का संविधान अपनी प्रस्तावना ,मौलिक अधिकारों और  कर्तव्यों में महिलाओं की समानता और अधिकारों के लिए एक शक्तिशाली धरातल प्रदान करता है ।

Although this act will have to face problems like ceiling and consensus.this complicated problem polarize thoughts in society.the excessive representation will play a significant and meaningful role in policy formation of nation .the constitution of india provides a strong surface for equality and rights of women in its preamble , fundamental rights and duties .
