संसद में  महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षण एक विवादित और ज्वलंत मुद्दा था । राजनैतिक परिवेश में यह महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दा बार बार उभरता रहा । महिलाओं के विशाल बहुमत के लिए महिलाओं से जुड़े हुए बहुत से कारक इस कानून के लिए सबसे बड़ी बाधा थे । राजनैतिक सशक्तिकरण को सशक्त करने के लिए उच्च जाति और शहरी शिक्षित महिलाएं अपना महत्वपूर्ण भुमिका निभाती है ।तो केवल  यह तथ्य समय की कसौटी पर खरा नहीं उतरता है‌

Reservation for women in parliament was a controversial and burning issue .this significant issue continued to be emersed in political scenario .many factors  are lion in the path  for  majority of women which are related with women .higher caste and urban literate women play a vital role to fortify political empowerment . merely this fact does not hold water at touch stone of time .

संविधान संशोधन 330A(1)लोकसभा  में महिलाओं के लिए स्थान आरक्षित करेगा ।इस प्रकार 239AA और 332A विधानसभाओं और राज्य विधानसभाओं में महिलाओं के लिए स्थान आरक्षित करेगा ।यह आरक्षण 15 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए काम करेगा हांलांकि इस अवधि को बढाया जा सकता है।राज्य और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर  नीति निर्माण और न्याय संगत शासन मे महिलाओं की भागीदारी सफलता के शिखर को छुयेंगी‌

Constitutional amendment 330 A (1)will reserve place for women in parliament .in this way 239 A A and 332 A will reserve place in state assembly and Delhi assembly.this reservation will work for 15 years although this period will be extended later .the contribution of women will touch zenith of success in policy formation and justified regime at state and national level .

यह अधिनियम नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम के रुप में जाना जाता है ।यह अधिनियम 19 सितंबर 2023 को लोक सभा में पेश किया गया था इस विधेयक पर मुर्त रुप देने के लिए विचार  विमर्श किया गया था लेकिन राजनीतिक सत्ता की अतृप्त प्यास ने इस मुद्दे को ठंडे बस्ते में डाल दिया था ।

This act is known as Naari shakti vandan adhiniyam .this act had been presented in parliament on 19 September 2023 .the consultation had been done to epitomize this act.but boulimia of political regime had put this matter into cold storage  due to cobweb of law .
