1.Allahadad and Hamidullah --------bank of indus river ----to log reeds




2.mohhamad hussian shah bathing and forbade to log reeds



3.they had not followed and continued their work 



4.on their returning Gulam shah barricaded their path-----tussle and scuffled began ----




5.Provocation ----wali shah and Mehboob shah came with loaded guns 


6.wali shah shot at Hamidullah ----died/Mehboob shah hit ---Allahadad and injured



7.walishah absconded /Mehboob shah was tried


8.session court ---punished under section 302 and 34 ipc



9.lahor high court ---upheld this judgement 



10.privy council quashed this decision and difference between common intention and similar intention
