बिना हेलमेट के दो पहिया  वाहन चलाना  युवाओं का मनपसंद विषय बन‌‌ चुका है।नशे की दशा में कार चलाना उनकी जिंदगी का एक अभिन्न हिस्सा ‌बन चुका है।बड़े लोग पुलिस वालों पर रौब दिखाते हैं।उनकी  यह मिथ्या धारणा है कि कानुन‌ उनके हाथों की कठपुतली और कुछ नहीं।युवा छात्र भीड़ का ध्यान आकर्षित करने के लिए अपनी बाईक को टेढ़ा मेढ़ा चलाते है। इस प्रकार वे मौत को गले लगाते है।
