Lalman shukla versus Goridutt was the land mark decision related with  communication of offer .in this case nephew of a person had lost .he sent his munim to locate his nephew .after his departure he had advertised that anyone who will find his nephew he Will get 501/ as rewardc.his munim had found his nephew.the munim wanted that money but that person refused .munim had filed a case for reward  and his  case was dismissed.

Because for a valid contract proposal must be communicated in proper way but in this case the munim was not aware about this proposal.so there was not valid contract had been arised
