It is raining cats and dogs in Jaipur .so flood situation is arising hers .the low lying areas is sinking in water .the people are facing problems due to heavy rain .the water and electricity supply is disturbed very badly .too many cattle  have died in this flood situation.the poor people have become roof less due to flood situation .

The wonky houses have been collapsed due to this heavy rain .in this situation the people have become roofless .the administration is trying to help the people .

Answer 1.the primary role of a prosecutor is to secure conviction and he has to ensure that justice must be served .a prosecutor must do his duty with fairness ,balance and responsibility.

Prosecutorial discretion is necessary  to manage limited resources and handle the cases efficiently .but it is problematic that unchecked discretion can lead to u equal treatment.and they undermining public trust.
