 1 .A hires a car from B .this car is  unsafe for driving although B does not know this fact .A mets with an accident .explain liability of B with standard section 

This situation is related with section 150 . according this section  it is duty of a bailor to disclose faults in goods.here such goods are bailed for hire the bailor is responsible for such damage .

2.A hires B's car 🚗 to go to jaipur .But he goes to jodhpur .he drives his car carefully .but this car mets with accident . explain the liability of A with appropriate sections.

This problem is related with section 154 of indian Contract according this if bailee is used any goods unauthorised then he will have to pay any compensation which arises during such bailment but such use should be unauthorised and not according condition of  bailment .

3.A gave 100cooler to B which have red colour .B mixes his 100  cooler which has green 💚 colour without consent of A .now explain the liability B .if A demands these cooler again .

This situation is comes under section 156 of Indian Contract Act if bailee mix the goods without consent of bailor and goods are seperable then he will have to pay all the expenses of separation or division or any damage arising from mixture .

4.A gives 100 kg sugar to B which price is 50 rs per kg .B has his own 100 kg sugar which has 45 rs per kg . B mixes both sugar without consent of A .if A demands his sugar . explain the liability of B with appropriate sections .

This situation is related with section 157 of Indian Contract Act according this situation of bailee mixes the goods without consent of bailor or goods are not seperable then bailee will have to pay any compensation for the loss arising in this transaction.

5.if lender  A lends  his car 🚗 to B for one month .But after 15 days he takes his car from borrower  before time .can borrower take any compensation from A

This problem is related with section 159 of Indian Contract Act here borrower is taking its goods before the time and borrower is beating more loss than its profit.so in this situation he can take compensation from bailor that loss which is originated in this transaction .if bailor takes his good which has given by him gratuitously .

To beg is dire consequences of abysmal poverty.the indigent people live in shanty town. And the beginning from the passers by .the insane children indulge in this sordid work .they vex the people outside the temple .and they compel the people to give money .when tourists come to India then the beggars obtrude on /upon them
