Some important legal terms
1.Plaintiff ---a person who brings suit in court called as plaintiff.this is aggrevied party who wants relaxation in court . plaintiff word is used in civil law
2.defendant----a defendant is a person who replies claim in court .he is accused of breaking law .a plaintiff wants compensation from defendant.
3.appeal ------an appeal is the alternative in higher court to review the decision of a lower court .all legal system provide some type of appeal .orders and judgement of trial court's may be divided into two categories .
4.bailment --bailment means transferring the possession to another person to fulfil some requirements .there are two types of contract one is gratuitous and second is non gratuitous.
Example ----when one person parks his car at his friends or some known house
We deposit our shoes at the shoe center.
Legitimate ----a child born to parents who are legally married to each other and a child conceived before the parents obtain legal divorce
Illegitimate ----this term dervies from Latin term illegitimus which does not accordance with law . illegitimate defined as a child born of parents not lawfully married .
Adoption ---adoption means adopt a child and treat as his parents .once a child is separated from his biological parents for ever and becomes legitimate child of his adoptive parents .
Void contract -----a void contract is a formal agreement that is effectively illegitimate and unenforceable from starting.a contract with minor ,mad or drunkard person is void from starting
Voidable contract ---when a contract is made under coercion ,undue influence fraud , misrepresentation and mistake .then such contract are come under voidable contract .
FIR---this is complain is lodged by the police from victim FIR is not defined in IPC .FIR is recorded under section 154 of crpc .the police will investigate the case on basis for FIR .FIR plays a vital role to investigate the case .if the court does not satisfy with investigation it can order for further investigation.
