1.what are the condition in which specific performance of the contract is enforceable
According section 10 of specific relief act 1963 when the following conditions are exists then specific relief performance is enforceable
1. When actual damage is not determined or ascertained
When plaintiff cannot determine actual loss which has suffered by him .when any loss is happened by breach of contract and loss can be determinable the specific performance act in not applicable.
Example A person is entered into a contract to purchase painting of a dead person in this situation loss cannot be determined.in this condition only specific relief act is applicable.
2.when compensation of money is not adequate .where subject matter of the contract is an immovable property .when the articles have special value the article have such nature which are not available in the market easily
3.the property and goods are held by defendant as an agent or trustee of the plaintiff .in this condition only special relief act is applicable .
In this way we can say that special relief act depends on law of justice and equity .in this way when right of any party is violated then that person do not want money as relief .that person want only only that special things only .on which that contract is depended
