1.Explain the meaning of bailment under Section 148. What constitutes delivery of goods under Section 149? Discuss the liability of the bailor for defects in the goods under Section 150, with suitable examples.






2.Discuss whether C is discharged from his liability as surety in each situation. Also explain the relevant provisions under Sections 135 to 140 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
