Sir/Madam,

I would like to draw your attention regarding to our unwanted problem that we have ordered 200 books for our institute .you have supplied and we have paid for these books .

50 books are not according to quantity and these books are in torn condition .we have expected books quality from your shop.you have disappointed us very badly .these defective books have spoiled our image among the students..

I request you that you should replace these books with new books as soon as possible.you must supply good qualities of books in future so we can maintain good business relationship.

We hope that you will  take prompt action to resolve this matter

जब किसी संज्ञा की पुनरावृत्ति होती है तौ उससे पहले the आयेगा 

I saw a dog .the dog was dangerous 

I saw a cat .the  cat was prankish
