भारत एक बहुत विशाल देश‌है जो सप्तरंगी इन्द्र धनुष के समान विविधताओं से भरा हुआ है।इस देश‌मे अपनी स्वतन्त्रता के अनुसार‌ किसी भी धर्म का अनुसरण किया जा सकता है।भारतीय दंड संहिता सभी व्यक्तियों के साथ‌ उनके अपराध के लिए समान व्यवहार करती है।भारतीय संविधान की छत्र छाया में सभी नागरीक अपनी आजीविका के लिए कोई भी व्यवसाय पुरी स्वतंत्रता से कर सकता है।


India is an enormous country which has rifed with diversity akin to seven colours rainbow.any religion can be followed according to own liberty in this country. Indian Penal Code behaves all the persons equally for their offence.all the citizens do their profession for their livelihood under the ageis of constitution of India


संक्षेप में हम कह सकते‌ है कि भारत‌ का कोई कानुन जाति ओर धर्म के आधार पर भेद‌ नहीं करता है।भारत की उदारता पुरे विश्व में सराहनीय ओर प्रंशसनीय‌ है। हमारे देश‌ में समान नागरीक संहिता अत्यंत आवश्यक है।इस कानुन को लागु करने के लिए राजनैतिक दल‌ विचार विमर्श कर रही है।लेकिन वोट बैंक की राजनीती इस कानुन‌ को लागु करने में सबसे बड़ी बाधा है।


in brief we can say that any law of India does not discriminate on the basis of caste and creed.the generosity of India is praiseworthy and quoteworthy in the whole world.uniform civil code is inevitable in our country.all the political parties are putting their head together to impose this law but politics of vote bank is lion in the path to implement this law .


भारत संविधान का अनु 44 समान नागरिक संहिता लागु करने की सिफारिश‌ करता‌ है।देश के चहुमुंखी विकास के लिए सभी नागरीको को एक ही लाठी से हांकना चाहिए।जो देश‌ की दिन दोगुनी रात चौगुनी प्रगति के लिए एक मील का पत्थर है।मगर सत्ता की अतृप्त भुख ने इस अति संवेदनशील मामले‌ को ठंडे बस्ते में डाल दिया है।हमारे देश‌ का सर्वोच्च न्यायलय भी इस कानुन को लागु करने के लिए पुरजोर हिमायत करता है

article 44 of constitution of India recommends to impose uniform civil code.all the citizen must tar with same brush for multifaceted development of country which is mile stone for leaps and bounds progress of country.but boulimia of regime has put this excessive sensitive matter into cold storage .the apex court of our country takes cudgel vehemently to impose this law.
