AI AND JUDICIARY PART 4 कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता न्यायपालिका के स्वरूप को तेजी से बदल रही है। यह विशाल विधिक सामग्री का त्वरित विश्लेषण, प्रासंगिक निर्णयों की खोज और न्यायिक प्रशासन को अधिक दक्ष बनाने में सहायक है। किंतु न्याय केवल तथ्यों और आंकड़ों का गणित नहीं है। न्यायिक विवेक में संवैधानिक मूल्यों, मानवीय संवेदना, निष्पक्षता और परिस्थितियों की सूक्ष्म समझ आवश्यक है। कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता में त्रुटि, पक्षपात, गोपनीयता-भंग और अपारदर्शी निर्णय जैसी चुनौतियाँ भी हैं। अतः AI को न्यायाधीश का विकल्प नहीं, बल्कि सहायक उपकरण माना जाना चाहिए। तकनीक न्याय की गति बढ़ाए, परंतु न्याय की आत्मा—मानव विवेक और संवेदना—सदैव सर्वोपरि रहे।

Question 7 explain section 168,169 and 170 of Indian contract act Section 168 – Rights of Finder of Goods When a person finds someone else's goods, he gets certain rights as a finder of goods . The finder can keep the goods safely and can ask the owner to pay the reasonable expenses incurred for preserving the goods and finding the owner. Example: A finds a gold chain on the road.
