निम्नलिखित वाक्यों का उचित व्याकरण के साथ अनुवाद करें 

1. समान नागरिक संहिता देश की अखंडता और संप्रभुता के लिए एक वरदान के समान है। समान नागरिक संहिता भारत के नागरिकों के मध्य भेदभाव की  मिटा देगी।

Uniform civil code is akin to a boon for integrity and sovereignty of country . uniform civil code obliterate discrimination among citizens of India .

2. घर में  में  घुसकर  उसने  प्रियदर्शिनी से बदतमीजी करने की कोशिश की थी। जब उसने विरोध करने की कोशिश की तो तब उसने मोटी रस्सी  से उसका गला घोंट दिया था।

Having entered in house ,he tried to misbehave with Priyadarshini.when she  tried to protested then he smothered her with a thick rope .

3. पुलिस ने उसको एक जीर्ण शीर्ण  इमारत से गिरफ़्तारी   किया था और    कड़ी पुछताछ की। कोर्ट ने विचारण शुरू किया।अभियोजन पक्ष ने last seen theory को अपना हथियार बनाया

5.मैं आत्महत्या करने के लिए गहरी अंधेरी रात में एक कुंए की तरफ जा रही थी। एक आदमी दबे मेरा पीछा कर रहा था। क्या उसने कोई अपराध किया। क्या कोर्ट ने उन्हें एक साल की सज़ा देगी।

I was going towards a well in dark pitch night to commit suicide .a man was stalking me .did he commit any offence ?will court pronounce punishment of one year ?

6. परिस्थितिजन्य साक्ष्य तय नहीं कर पा रहे थे कि मृत्यु यह हत्या है या आत्म हत्या। अपराधी का मोटिव कानून की समझ  से बाहर था।

Circumstantial evidences were not deciding that this death is murder or suicide .the motive of offender  is beyond reach of law 

7. मैंने  कल रात स्वादिष्ट खाने में जहर मिलाया और जहर वाला खाना मेरे  भाई के लिए टेबल पर रख दिया ।उसने एक निवाला खाया और वह कमरे से बाहर चला गया । उसकी पत्नी ने खाना खाया और उसने प्राण त्याग दिए।, मेरे भाई ने टेबल पर रख दिया। क्या आप बता सकते हैं मैने अपने भाई के खिलाफ क्या अपराध किया?

I laced poison with yummy food and put this poisoned food on table for my brother last night .he ate a morsel and stepped out room .her wife ate food and died/gave the ghost.can you tell which offence did I commit against my brother?

8. कल मैं एक भव्य शादी से वापस आ रहा था। सार्वजनिक स्थल पर एक गुंडा मेरे भाई की  पिटाई कर रहा था  क्या कोर्ट ने मुझ पर बलवे का आरोप लगायेगी?

I was returning from a grandeur party.a hooligan was walloping /beating my brother at public place .will court  charge me with affray?

9.कल रात मैं एक भव्य शादी में गया और वहां फोकट का खाना खाया। खाना खा कर मैं बाहर आया और एक प्रेम पत्र लिखा। विवाह स्थल में प्रवेश करके मैंने प्रेम पत्र एक लड़की को दिया। मेरे द्वारा क्या अपराध किया गया था?

I went into an elegant marriage last night and ate/consumed gratis food there .having eaten food ,I stepped out and wrote a letter .having entered into wedding hall ,I gave this love letter to a girl.which offence did I commit /which offence was committed by me?

10.कुछ गुंडे मेरे भाई की बुरी तरह की पिटाई कर रहे थे। उसे  बचाने के लिए मैं  घटना स्थल पर पहुंचा ।गुंडे घटना स्थल से भागने लगे ।  बिना लाईसेंस की बंदुक से मैंने गुंडे पर गोली चला दी ।वह घटना स्थल पर मर गया ।क्या मुझे निजी प्रतिरक्षा का लाभ मिलेगा?

Some hooligans were walloping /thrashing my brother . I reached spot to protect him . The knaves began to flee spot .I shot at a hooligan with a gun without licence.he died at spot /joined the majority .will I get benefit of private defence
