 Contingent contract is defined from section 31 to 36

According section 31 contingent contract  is that contract which depends on happening or non happening a collateral event .

example A contract with B that A will give 1000/ to B .if house of B will be burnt .this is a contingent contract .


According section 32 when a contract depends on happening an event.if that event is happened then that contingent contract will be enforced .


Example -----A says to B that if you will get the first rank in your exam ,I will transfer this house in your name .when B will get the first rank ,this contingent contract will be enforced 


According section 33 when a contract can be enforced on non happening of an event .


Example -----A father says to his son b that if you will not marry with C .then I will transfer my house in your name.so when B will not marry with C .this  contingent contract will be enforced 

According section 35 when an event is happened within a time or when an event is not happen within a time.in such situation contingent contract can be enforced .


According section 36 when any contract is depends impossible events that contract is void

4.बढते आंतकवाद को जड़ सहित मिटाने के लिए सरकार‌ कठोर‌ कानुन लागु कर रही है

Government is imposing strict law to wipe out soaring terrorism





5.वह सुबह सुबह ही विचित्र भुलभुलैया में भटक रहा है 

He has been staying in a bizarre maze /labyrinths
