Answer of today question
According section acceptance must be absolute and unconditional.it means acceptance must be without any condition .it should not be conditional. If any condition with it then it will become counter offer not an acceptance.when counter offer is exists then original offer will be eliminated
For example A offer to B to sell his house at rs .50 lakh without parking area .B sent his acceptance letter that he will purchase that house at rs 50 lakh with parking area .this is no an acceptance .this is just an counter offer not an acceptance.
According section 7(2) the acceptor accept that offer in which offeror prescribed .if acceptor does not accept that proposal in that way the acceptor will give more time to offeror.if do not give more time .and do not reject the proposal .it is assumed that acceptance is completed
Example .
If A send his proposal to sell his house to B .he put a condition in that proposal that B should send his acceptance at C house through a post .but B sent his agent to C house with money .in this situation A can either reject or select this offer .if A want he can give more time to B to accept this proposal in prescribed mode .
