Phrases 

1.out of pocket -----bad economical condition 

I cannot organise a grandeur party because I am out of pocket .

2.out of woods ----out of danger 

If police reach timely ,the people will come out of woods .

3.out of question ----impossible 

You think that Ram drinks like a fish . according my point of view this is out of question.

4.keep at arm's length ----maintain a good distance 

You  must keep the hooliganis at arm's length otherwise the will mar /spoil your career .

5.make a long arm ----eat very quickly 

The people made a long arm in grandeur party due to excessive crowd .

1.no sooner 

A.no sooner का अर्थ होगा जैसे ही 

B.इसके साथ conjuction than आयेगा ।

C.यदि no sooner  से वाक्य शुरू होगा तो helping  verb sub के पहले लिखी जायेगी इसको  inversion कहा जाता है। मगर वाक्य का अर्थ नकारात्मक नहीं होगा।

Example 

1.no sooner do I drink booze than my stern father wallop me.

जैसे ही मैं शराब पीता हूं मेरे सख्त पिताजी मेरी बुरी तरह पिटाई करते हैं।

2.no sooner did I see a corpse in a valley than I yelled very loudly.

जैसे ही घाटी में मैंने खुन से सनी लाश देखी वैसे ही मैं बहुत जोर से चिल्लाया था 

3.no sooner had he sold spurious ghee than I arrested /rounded up him.

जैसे ही उसने नकली घी बेचा था वैसे ही मैंने उसको गिरफ्तार कर लिया था 

4.no sooner will a hooligan  pillage a bank than the police cordon off the city

जैसे ही एक गुंडे ने एक बैंक को लुटेगा वैसे ही पुलिस सारे शहर की नाकाबंदी कर  लेंगी

2.hardly+never+scarcely+seldom से वाक्य शुरू होगा तो conjuction  when आयेगा।और इनसे वाक्य शुरू होगा तो  helping verb वाक्य से पहले लिखेंगे ।

Hardly बड़ी मुश्किल से 

Never कभी नहीं 

Scarcely  बड़ी मुश्किल से 

Seldom कभी कभार 

1.hardly do I offer oblation   to appease God when my theist mother insist me 

भगवान को खुश करने के लिए मै बड़ी मुश्किल से प्रसाद चढाता हुं जब मेरी आस्तिक मां मुझ पर जोर डालती है।

2.scarcely did he walk a little in intoxicated condition when he fainted on zig zag road.

वह नशे की स्थिति में थोड़ा सा चला था जब टेढ़ी मेढी सड़क पर बेहोश‌ हो गया 

3.seldom does he rebuke his prankish children when they pester him excessively.

वह कभी कभार उसके बच्चों ‌को डांटती है जब उसके बच्चे उसे  अत्यधिक परेशान करते हैं

A.यह कारण परिणाम बताता है 

B.यहां so कारण बताता है और that उसका परिणाम बताता 

C.यहां so के बाद हमेशा  that आयेगा

A.i am so poor that I cannot deposit my fee.

मैं इतना गरीब हुं कि मैं फीस जमा नहीं करा सकता हूं 

B.i am so tired that i cannot accompany you to watch movie.

मैं इतना थका हुआ हुं कि मैं फिल्म देखने के लिए तुम्हारे साथ नहीं चल सकता हूं।

C.he was so arrogant that I did not invite him to my wedding party 

वह इतना घमंडी है कि मैने उसको अपनी शादी में नहीं बुलाया

A.वह केवल उसके पिटाई ही नहीं कर रहा है बल्कि उसको गालियां भी निकाल रहा है।

He is not only beating him but also abusing him.

B.केवल भारतीय ही नहीं बल्कि अंग्रेज भी गीता पढ़ते हैं।

C.क्योंकि तुम घमंडी हो इसलिए मैं तुमसे बात नहीं करता हुं।

D.केवल मेरा दोस्त ही नहीं बल्कि मेरा भाई भी मेरी गरीबी का मज़ाक़ उड़ाया है।

Not only my friend but also my brother has mocked of my poverty 

E.केवल मेरे प्रधानाचार्य ही नहीं बल्की मेरे शिक्षकों ने भी मेरे उज्जवल भविष्य के लिए मुझे प्रोत्साहित किया है।

Not only my principal but also my teachers have encouraged me for my tinsel career.

बढ़ता आंतकवाद soaring terrorism पुरे विश्व के लिए एक खतरा the biggest dangerहै । ‌बढते  आंतकवाद mushrooming terrorism ने  पुरी मानव जाति the entire human race  को खतरे में डाल दिया है। Put in danger पुरा  विश्व खतरे की कगार पर है । At the verge of danger पाकिस्तान आंतकवादीयों को शरण देता है give refuge और अपना  उल्लु सीधा करने के लिए  to feather their own nest लिए पाकिस्तान आंतकवाद को सहारा दे रहा है। Prop 

Soaring terrorism is the biggest danger for the entire world.mushrooming terrorism has put  the entire human race into danger .the entire world is at the verge of destruction.pakistan gives shelter to terrorists and Pakistan is propping terrorism to feather their own nest
