 1.explain the condition when a contract is Valid without consideration 


In section 25 indian contact act an agreement is valid without consideration .there are three exception of this rule that consideration is essential element of an agreement.

According section 25(1)  if any one  transfers any property through written and registered document  due to love and affection .


Landmark judgement ----

A husband transfers his property to his wife due to family altercation.this agreement is void . because natural love and affection is not exist in this agreement.


According section 25(2) if anyone does volunteer service in past or an agreement is made for this past service.this agreement is valid without consideration 


Example a teacher teaches someone in past .that student make an agreement in present to pay fee .that agreement is valid without consideration 


Section 25(3) is related with time barred debt .if any debt is not paid in three years this is known as time barred debt.but a new agreement is made for this agreement for partly or wholly debt .this agreement is valid without consideration

Capital punishment is a barbaric and harsh punishment.they were protesting against capital punishment 






4. सरकार शिक्षा का उत्थान ‌करने‌ के लिए निःशुल्क शिक्षा नीती लागु कर रही है 


The Government is implementing gratis education policy to boost education level
