 1.what are the types of quasi contract 

Quasi contracts are like a contract.in these contracts there in no proposal and acceptance .but such contracts has effect of contract 



Section 68 supply of necessities to incapable persons

If a man or woman is incapable to enter into a contract and any person who helps them for their necessity then such person entitles to reimburse from the property of such an incapable person .

According section 69 any person who is not legally bound to pay any money but he has interest to pay that money .if he pays that money then he can reimburse money from property of that person .


According section 70 if any person gives oe does any thing non gratuitously .if any other person enjoy that benefit .than such person can reimburse money from property of that person 

According section 71 finder of Goods has some responsibilities.if any person finds some goods and takes them into their custody .his duty is identical to a bailee .he will find owner the goods and sells that goods in special conditions 


According section 72 if any payment or delivery of goods by mistake or coercion .if any body gives goods and deliver some goods under mistake or coercion .he can take that goods or payment under this section.
