Explain the characteristics of a valid offer ?

According section 2a when one person signifies to another his willingness toq do or abstain from doing anything with a view to obtain the consent of that offer to such act or abstinence .

1.offer can be done from one person to another

2.the parties must be ready and willing to perform 

3.it must be done to accept the offer 


The essential element of valid offer 

1.offer must be done with legal intention 

The offer must be done with legal intention .social agreement is not have legal intention .the social and domestic offers cannot create legal relationship among the parties.

2.offer must be certain,definite and not vague

Offer  must be certain, definite and not vague ,the terms and conditions of offer must be clear.

Every offer must be communicated to the offered in clear way if offer is not communicated to the offeror then acceptance is not completed
