फांसी की सजा एक बर्बर और क्रुर सजा है।  खुंखार अपराधीयो का फांसी की सजा दी जाती है। समाज में अपराध‌ कम करने के लिए कठोर सजा सुनाई जाती है।कठोर कानून समाज का रक्षक होता है।देश‌ में घिनौने अपराध  बहुत तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं। 

Capital punishment is a barbaric and cruel punishment .the tigerish criminals are sent to gallows . Rigourous punishment is pronounced to lessen crimes in society .dour law is bulwark of society.heinous crimes are mushrooming in country.



 फांसी की सजा समय की कसौटी पर‌ खरी नहीं उतर रही है।कसाब जैसे देशद्रोही को फांसी की सजा दी गयी थी ।जन्म और मृत्यु सर्वशक्तिमान भगवान का   कर्म है । घिनौने अपराध करना युवाओं का मनभावन विषय बन चुका है। इंटरनेट इस गंभीर समस्या में आग में घी डाल रहा है।

Death penalty is not holding water at touch stone of time.the traitor like kasab had been sent to gibbet .birth and death are deed of almighty God.to commit odious crime has become escapism /cup of tea of the youth.internet is adding fuel to the fire 🔥 in this grave problem.
